Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains which personal data Swiss Dental Concepts AG collects through the website www.premiumdentalclinics.com, why we collect it, who receives it and what rights you have. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies to visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). How the website uses cookies is explained in our Cookie Policy.

Who is responsible

The controller is Swiss Dental Concepts AG, Niederlanzerstrasse 25, 5600 Lenzburg, Switzerland. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, write to us at info@premiumdentalclinics.com.

What we collect and why

When you visit the website

Your browser sends the web server some technical data with every request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the page you came from, and the type of browser and operating system. Our hosting provider, in the European Union, records this data in server logs so that the website can be delivered and protected against attacks and misuse. The logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visit statistics

We count visits with Matomo, an open-source web analytics tool, without cookies and without storing anything in your browser: each page loads a small invisible image, and the statistics are compiled from that request (the page visited, the time, the referring page, the type of browser and the IP address that comes with every request, which Matomo anonymises before storing it). We use them only to see, in overall figures, which pages are visited and how often, and they cannot be used to identify you. Matomo is operated on our behalf by our web service provider, and the data is not shared with anyone else.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Course enrolment

When you enrol in one of our courses, we collect your first and last name, your company (optional), your postal address, e-mail address and phone number, any dietary requirements you tell us about, and the course you enrol in. We use them to register you, to send you the course information and the invoice, and to organise the catering.

Dietary requirements may reveal information about your health or beliefs. You give them voluntarily, and we use them only to organise the catering for the course.

Legal basis: the contract you enter into with us when you enrol (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for dietary requirements, your consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

Membership requests

When you ask to become a member, we collect your title, name and surname, your certificates and qualifications (optional), your e-mail address, company and postal address. We use them to consider your request and to send you a membership offer by e-mail, as you ask us to when you send the form.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How the forms reach us

Both forms are sent through a form service operated by our web service provider, which checks each submission and forwards it to us by e-mail through an e-mail delivery provider in the European Union. The form service does not keep the content of your submission. To prevent abuse, it keeps a technical record of each one: the date and time, your IP address, your e-mail address and whether it was delivered.

When you write to us

If you write to us by e-mail, we use your address and your message to answer you and to deal with your enquiry.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries or, if your enquiry concerns a course or a membership, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Embedded YouTube videos

The home page and the About us page show videos hosted on YouTube, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. They are only loaded if you accept marketing cookies. When they are loaded, YouTube receives your IP address and information about your browser and the page you are on, and may set cookies. Google processes this data as a separate controller, under its own Privacy Policy.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie settings in our Cookie Policy.

Links to social networks

The links to our pages on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok are ordinary links: no data is sent to those networks until you click them. Once you are on their websites, their own privacy policies apply.

Who receives your data

  • Our hosting provider and our web service provider, which process data only on our behalf and following our instructions.
  • The e-mail delivery provider, in the European Union, that delivers the forms to us.
  • Google, only if you accept the cookies of the embedded YouTube videos.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

Data transfers abroad

Our providers process your data in Switzerland and in the European Union, whose level of data protection is recognised as adequate. If you accept the YouTube videos, Google may process your data in the United States; Google LLC takes part in the EU–US and Swiss–US Data Privacy Frameworks.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enrolment data, and the correspondence and invoices related to it, are kept for as long as Swiss law requires us to keep business records, generally ten years. Membership requests and e-mails are deleted once they have been dealt with, unless they lead to a membership. Server logs and the records of the form service are kept for a short time to protect against misuse.

Security

The website is only served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the people who need your data to deal with your enrolment, request or enquiry have access to it.

Your rights

You have the right to know whether we process data about you and to receive a copy of it; to have incorrect data corrected; to have your data deleted; to restrict or object to its processing; to receive the data you gave us in a common format; and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@premiumdentalclinics.com. We may ask you to prove your identity.

If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (www.edoeb.admin.ch) or, if you live in the European Union, to the data protection authority of your country.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy whenever we change how we handle personal data. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
